We will achieve this mission and excellence and ensure that the quality requirements of our products and customers are realised by:
- Accepting products from our principals that are ‘fit for purpose’ by:
- Aligning with our Noble Cause
- Conforming to the requirements of New Zealand and Australian regulatory authorities - Ensuring we have the necessary quality policies and procedures in place to meet New Zealand and Australian standards for Good Manufacturing Process (GMP) and all other relevant regulatory requirements.
- Providing training and support to employees to enable them to excel in their roles and provide excellent service to internal and external customers.
- Committing to continuous improvement principles so we can identify areas for improvement and take appropriate steps to improve our products and services.
- In particular we will focus on:
- Encouraging continuous improvement initiatives from employees
- Listening to, seeking and acting on customer feedback
- Identifying and rectifying underperformance
- Regular management review of our quality management system and quality objectives - Management of Risk
