Our History

Our History

Pharmaco was established in 1967 to service international pharmaceutical companies wanting to bring their top quality, research-based products to New Zealand. Several years later, Pharmaco expanded it's offering to medical technology companies from around the globe who were also looking for a strong partner in this market.

In 2005 Pharmaco Australia was established and over the years has assisted a number of global companies with it's expertise and local knowledge.

These days our extensive range of over 2,500 products includes a mix of medicines; nutritional, emergency rescue, resuscitation and trauma products; as well as diagnostic, monitoring and operating theatre equipment.

A long history of making a difference.
